There, we conduct the multistage process of secure and approved data sanitisation, physical assessment, diagnostics and portable appliance testing. This is supported by our Managed Services Repair Workshop and our Configuration Commissioning Centre, which can provide extensive repair services and a variety of image build solutions respectively. At the end of the process, all refurbished items are packed in environmentally friendly packaging and securely stored until they are required for redeployment by the customer.
Our refurbishment process can also extend to devices assigned to hybrid end users that may work away from an office environment. A simplified collection service requires no label printing or packaging by the users: once a suitable date and time has been selected via SMS message by the end users, our collection team arrive with secure boxes and transport assets directly back to our UK Operations Centre.
