Technology Adoption process

Discovery phase

We start by understanding your teams, their workflows and user cases. This helps us map typical meeting requirements, interactions and required outcomes whilst also assessing culture and organisational readiness.

Concept

We create a Champions program to support the rollout and start governance, early adopter onboarding and gather feedback.
