AmeyBriggs is a joint venture between Amey and Briggs Equipment created with the sole aim of delivering a Managed Service into the MOD for the provision of Heavy Plant Equipment including Bulldozers, cranes and forklifts.
As part of standing up this service AmeyBriggs needed a fully certified Official/ Official Sensitive Cloud Platform to connect and interact with the MOD platforms with very limited timelines for implementation and SCC Sentinel was chosen to provide this solution.
Sentinel was chosen for its stability and clear accreditations, bolstered by the agility and flexibility that SCC were able to offer to support the AmeyBriggs organisation as they created an entire Joint Venture from a standing start. SCC not only enabled AmeyBriggs to operate through a fully approved Secure Cloud Platform for all users, wherever they may be located across the UK or indeed the globe, but also a fully managed connectivity service into the Cloud Platform for both Fixed and Mobile sites.Sentinel Services that we provided include:
